Let reception know which clinic and service you need. Insurance arrangements can vary between locations and policies, so check with the clinic you plan to visit.
3. Ask about approvals and costs
Ask whether a referral or prior approval is needed and whether a co-payment or deductible applies. Your insurer can explain the benefits and limits of your policy.
